One is by silk-screen.The price is low and the result is good. One color Printed is usd$0.015/color.Sample time is: 3--5 days.
One by jacquard . For most of the cases,it is plain-woven text,but it is possible to have raised woven text.Sample time:about 5 days.
There are 3 main kinds of material-Tetoron(polyester),pp(polypropylen) and Nylon.
Tetoron on 15mm-25 mm width or more wide.-usually used to have the logo by jacquard or by silk-screen.
Tetoron in the 10mm width - almost printed logo by silk - screen.
PP is only used to have woven logo.The material is thicker than Tetoron.
Nylon has hte logo mainly silk - screen,mostly for the lanyards of 20-25mm
Colors of the lanyards
Colors of material are designed on pantone color. We can dye any colors you want.
For a minimum of 3000pcs for long straps and 5000pcs of short straps to have free dying charge. If the quantity is below the minimum,the dying charge is usd$30and molding charge usd$20/color - printing.
